摘要
文章介绍了如何利用MCGS工控组态软件设计人机交互界面,实现对系统参数的设定及电机运行状态的监控,阐述了Modbus串口数据转发设备所遵循的ModbusRTU通信协议,采用1主1从的数据通信方式。运用编写脚本及运行策略的方式使永磁同步电机(PMSM)核心数字信号控制器(DSP28335)主动完成MCGS触摸屏设定的电机运行状态及参数的读取,再由DSP28335向MCGS寄存器写入数据并由MCGS显示。通过实验表明,文章设计的监控系统能很好地监控同步电机的启停状态,运行速度及运行的电压电流等参数。
This paper introduces how to use MCGS industrial control configuration software to design a human-machine interaction interface to realize the setting of system parameters and the monitoring of motor running status.It also expounds the ModbusRTU communication protocol followed by Modbus serial port data forwarding equipment and adopts a data communication mode of 1 master and 1 slave.The core digital signal controller(DSP28335)of the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is enabled to actively read the motor running state and parameters set by the MCGS touch screen by writing scripts and operating strategies,and then the DSP28335 writes data into the MCGS register and the MCGS displays the data.Experiments show that the monitoring system designed in this paper can well monitor the start-stop status,operating speed,operating voltage and current of the synchronous motor.
