摘要
OPC是一种开放式的工业通信标准,解决了不同工业自动化技术通讯标的数据交换问题。本文针对电热锅炉对象,采用S7-200 PLC实现出水温度和锅炉液位的恒值控制,利用WinCC完成系统的上位监控功能设计,通过OPC服务器软件PC Access进行上位监控程序与S7-200 PLC的实时通信,可以实现良好的人机界面与可靠的系统控制。系统经济高效且维护方便,易于实现远程监控。
OPC is an open industrial communication standard. It can solve the problem of the data exchange between different applications and the controller. With an electric boiler as the controlled object, S7-200 PLC is adopted to realize the water temperature control and water level control. Man- machine interface of the host computer is achieved with WinCC. The OPC server software PC Access is adopted to achieve real-time communication between the host monitoring program and S7-200 PLC. The system is cost-effective, easy to maintain and easy to implement remote monitoring.
