摘要
软弱围岩隧道大断面开挖方法是利用中管棚、GFRP纤维锚杆等措施对隧道掌子面进行超前加固,使得掌子面达到稳定状态,然后按照大断面或全断面工法进行隧道开挖;辅助使用三臂凿岩台车进行钻孔爆破,提高作业效率,采用DCP防腐锚杆代替传统的组合中空锚杆,以更加充分的发挥锚杆的锚固作用。施工验证该施工方法可行及适用。
In the construction of large-section excavation in weak surrounding rock, the technical measures of the mid-tube shed, GFRP fiber anchoring rods and the like are often taken to reinforce the working face in advance so as to keep the working face stable. Only after the working face is made stable can the tunnel begin to be excavated accordingto its construction scheme no matter it is to be large-section excavated or to be full-section excavated. The 3-arm jumbos are also often used for drilling holes and blasting in collaboration with the excavation construction so as to improve the efficiency of the operation. The DCP anti-corrosion anchoring rods are often adopted instead of the traditional composite anchoring rods in order to give fuller play to the anchoring function of the anchoring rods. Practical construction proves that the construction method is both feasible and applicable.
