摘要
在简述了纤维增强塑料筋的力学性能的基础上,比较了钢筋与纤维增强塑料筋的优缺点。以纤维增强塑料筋在海洋工程建设中的应用为例,选取了两种不同基体材料的玻璃纤维增强塑料筋为实验对象,分析了这两种加强筋在海水环境中的加速腐蚀过程,提出了海水环境对于玻璃纤维增强塑料筋的拉伸强度的影响较小。分析了水分子的水解作用对不同基体材料表面侵蚀过程和弹性模量的影响,提出了应该选择抗水解能力较强的基体材料作为海洋工程建设中使用的纤维增强塑料筋。
Based on analyzing the mechanical properties of fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) bars briefly, the advantages and disadvantages of steel bars and FRP bars were compared. Taking the application of FRP bars in marine engineering construction as an example, GFRP bars with different kinds of matrix materials were selected as the experimental objects, the influence of the stiffeners of the two GFRP bars on the accelerated corrosion process in seawater environment were analyzed. Then it is put forward that seawater environment has a little effect on the tensile strength of GFRP. And the effects of hydrolysis of water molecules on the surface erosion process and elastic modulus of different matrix materials were analyzed. Based on this, the matrix material with strong hydrolysis resistance should be select^d as the GFRP bars used in the construction of ocean engineering.
