摘要
目的探讨综合护理在中药熏洗联合温针灸治疗子宫脱垂中的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月~2019年2月我院收治的60例子宫脱垂患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。两组行中药熏洗联合温针灸治疗,在此基础上,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受综合护理干预。比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分和护理总满意度。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度为96.7%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理在中药熏洗联合温针灸治疗子宫脱垂中应用效果显著,可改善患者心理状态,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of uterine prolapse by fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods A total of 60 patients with uterine prolapse admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.Both groups received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,on the basis of this,the control group received conventional nursing intervention,observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and total nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.7%,higher than that of the control group′s 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of uterine prolapse,its application effect is significant,can significantly improve the psychological state of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing,it is worth promoting in clinical application.
