摘要
目的探讨上级医院参与社区护士培训的效果。方法 2019年2月-8月对12个社区内36名社区护理人员进行调研。江阴市祝塘镇6个社区内18名社区护士设为观察组,江阴市文林镇的6个社区内18名社区护士设为对照组。观察组社区护士接受上级医院(江阴市第五人民医院)培训,对照组采取社区自主培训。观察2组社区护士核心能力、社区护士对培训的满意度。分别对2个社区各50名家庭医生签约居民进行满意度调查。结果观察组社区护士护理实践能力、沟通协调能力、法律伦理实践能力、评判性思维能力、专业发展能力各维度均分及总均分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组社区护士在培训收获、培训计划、培训内容、培训时间、培训者的能力、培训方式、培训氛围、培训物资8个方面的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。祝塘镇50名签约居民对本社区的卫生服务满意度普遍较文林镇高。结论上级医院参与社区护士培训能有效提升社区护士核心能力,提高社区护士对培训的满意度和社区居民对社区卫生服务的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the role of higher level hospitals in training for community nurses. Methods From February 2019 to August 2019, 36 community nurses in 12 communities were surveyed. Eighteen community nurses in 6 communities of Zhutang Town were set as observation group, and 18 community nurses in 6 communities of Wenlin Town were set as control group. The community nurses in the observation group received training from the higher level hospital(Jiangyin Fifth People’s Hospital), and the control group received community-based training. The core competence of the two groups of community nurses and their satisfaction with the training were observed. Satisfaction surveys were conducted among 50 residents who had a family doctor. Results The community nurses in observation group achieved higher score in assessments of nursing practice, communication and coordination, legal ethics practice, critical thinking and professional development than those in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction of the community nurses in the observation group with gain in training, training plan, training content, training time, ability of the trainer, training method, training atmosphere and training materials were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Community dwellers of Zhutang Town were generally more satisfied with their community’s health services than those of Wenlin Town. Conclusion Intervention in training of community nurses by higher level hospitals can effectively improve the core competence of community nurses, improve the satisfaction of community nurses on training and the satisfaction of community residents on community health services.
