摘要
目的探讨提高社区护士服务能力的培训模式。方法对2010年第5期81名社区护士采用"两段式"培训模式进行培训,在培训结束后给学员发放问卷调查表,在学员回到工作岗位后对用人单位及学员开展跟踪调查,分析社区护士岗位培训效果。结果用人单位对学员的转变服务理念、工作职责明确、提高理论水平、人际沟通能力、技能操作能力、独立工作能力、解决问题能力、健康教育能力、人性化服务能力和掌握新知识能力的满意率分别为92.9%、95.2%、92.9%、85.7%、97.6%、90.5%、88.1%、95.2%、88.1%和85.7%。结论 "两段式"培训模式有利于社区护士服务能力的提高。
OBJECTIVE Exploring the training modes of inproving serving capabilities of nurses in community METHODS Using questionnaire and investigation on the effect of two-stage training mode on 81 nurses. RESULTS Satisfactory rate of nurses' serving concept, duty, theoretical level and communicating are significantly improved as followed: 92% :92.5%, 85.7%, 97.6% , 90.55, 88.1%, 95.2%, 88.1% and 85.7%. CONCLUSION of two-stage training mode is conducive to the improvement of nurses' serving capabilities in community.
