摘要
目的探讨信息化平台在老年股骨颈骨折患者康复护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月-2017年12月收治的老年股骨颈骨折95例,随机分为对照组48例和观察组47例。对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组基于信息化平台进行管理。比较2组健康教育用时以及康复锻炼依从性。结果观察组康复护理宣教用时少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组康复锻炼依从性优良率70.21%(33/47),高于对照组的41.67%(20/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于信息化平台开展老年股骨颈骨折患者的康复管理,有助于提高健康宣教效率和患者康复锻炼依从性。
Objective To investigate the application value of information platform rehabilitation nursing of elderly patients undergoing surgery for femoral neck fractures. Methods Totally 95 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures were randomly divided into the control group(n=48) and the observation group(n=47). The control group received routine nursing management after surgery, and the observation group received an information platform-based nursing management. The time spent on the health education and patient compliance with rehabilitation training were compared between two groups. Results The time spent on the health education in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.01). The rate of patient compliance with rehabilitation training was 70.21%(33/47) in the observation and was 41.67%(20/48) in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing management based on information platform is effective to improve the efficiency of health education and compliance with rehabilitation training in elderly patients after surgery for femoral neck fractures.
