摘要
目的探讨基于信息化手段的健康宣教用于日间手术患者中的效果及对依从性的影响。方法选择2023年1月至2023年12月期间高州市人民医院收治的90例日间手术患者,按护理方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理结合基于信息化手段的健康宣教。比较两组患者的健康知识掌握程度、焦虑程度、压力水平。结果与对照组相比,观察组的健康知识掌握率更高(P<0.05);干预后,两组的S-AI、SAS评分均降低,且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05);干预后,两组的CPSS评分均呈降低趋势,且观察组降低较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论对日间手术患者实施基于信息化手段的健康宣教可增加其健康掌握程度,显著改善焦虑症状,降低整体心理压力水平。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education based on information technology in patients undergoing daytime surgery and its influence on compliance.Methods:From January 2023 to December 2023,90 patients with daytime operation in Gaozhou People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given routine nursing combined with health education based on information technology.The level of health knowledge,anxiety and stress were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the mastery rate of health knowledge in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After the intervention,the S-AI and SAS scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the CPSS scores of the two groups showed a decreasing trend,and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing information-based health education for patients undergoing day surgery can increase their health mastery,significantly improve anxiety symptoms and reduce the overall psychological stress level.
