摘要
目的:分析桂枝加厚朴杏子汤治疗感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法:2017年12月-2019年2月收治感染后咳嗽患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上增加桂枝加厚朴杏子汤治疗。比较两组咳嗽症状评分、总有效率情况。结果:试验组咳嗽症状评分低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝加厚朴杏子汤治疗感染后咳嗽,不仅可以改善咳嗽症状,还可以提高临床疗效。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of guizhi jiahoupu xingzi decoction in the treatment cough after infection.Methods:60 patients with cough after infection were selected from December 2017 to February 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine therapy,the experimental group was treated with guizhi jiahoupu xingzi decoction on the basis of routine therapy.We compared the score of cough symptoms and the total effective rate of treatment.Results:The score of cough symptoms in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi jiahoupu xingzi decoction can not only improve cough symptoms,but also improve clinical efficacy.
