摘要
目的:分析丙戊酸钠联合托吡酯在小儿癫痫治疗中的效果。方法:2018年2月-2019年3月收治小儿癫痫患者250例,随机分为两组,各125例。对照组使用丙戊酸钠进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合托吡酯进行治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,临床症状缓解时间、月发作次数均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在小儿癫痫治疗过程中使用丙戊酸钠与托吡酯联合治疗可有效提高治疗效果,改善症状,减少发作次数。
Objective:To analyze the effect of sodium valproate combined with topiramate in the treatment of children with epilepsy.Methods:250 children with epilepsy were selected from February 2018 to March 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 125 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium valproate,the observation group was treated with topiramate based on sodium valproate.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the clinical symptom relief time and monthly attack times in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of sodium valproate and topiramate in the treatment of children with epilepsy can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve symptoms and reduce the number of seizures.
