摘要
目的探讨托吡酯治疗脑梗死后继发癫痫的临床效果,并分析药物对患者认知功能的影响。方法将我院2017.2~2019.2收治的100例脑梗死后继发癫痫的患者分为两组,使用卡马西平治疗的50例为A组,使用托吡酯治疗的50例为B组,整理并回顾分析两组患者治疗效果、认知功能、治疗后生活质量以及不良反应。结果(1)A组治疗总有效率小于B组,P<0.05;(2)A组患者的蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分低于B组,P<0.05;(3)A组患者治疗后生活质量不同项目评分小于B组,P<0.05;(4)A组不良反应发生率高于B组,P<0.05。结论脑梗死后继发癫痫采取托吡酯治疗,可兼顾临床效果与用药安全性,有利于患者认知功能恢复,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To study the clinical effect of topiramate treatment in patients with secondary epilepsy patients after cerebral infarction,and to analyze the effect of drug on cognitive function recovery.Methods One hundred secondary epilepsy patients after cerebral infarction were selected from our hospitals in 2017.2~2019.2.50 patients treated with carbamazepine were in group A,and 50 patients treated with topiramate were in Group B.The treatment effects,cognitive function,quality of life after treatment and adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Results(1)The total effective rate of group A was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).(2)The score of Montreal cognitive assessment scale in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05).(3)The scores of life quality in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).(4)The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion For secondary epilepsy patients after cerebral infarction,topiramate can take into account the clinical effect and medication safety,promote the cognitive function and quality of life.
