摘要
我国对高等教育十分重视,教师是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,高校教师队伍的质量关系到我国高等教育事业的长远发展,关系到我国高等人才的培养,关系到中华民族的伟大复兴。现阶段,我国高等教育教师在师德师风方面存在很多不足,教师队伍的质量有待进一步提升,开展高校教师队伍师德师风建设意义重大。文章分析了新时期高校教师队伍师德师风的现状及师德师风建设的意义,对其建设路径进行了探讨。
China attaches great importance to higher education,teachers are an important part of China's higher education,the quality of college teachers related to the long-term development of China's higher education,related to the training of China's higher talents,related to the nation's great renewal.At present,teachers in higher education in our country have many shortcomings in ethics,and the quality of teachers needs to be further improved.This paper analyzes the current situation and significance of the construction of teachers'ethics in colleges and universities in the new era,and probes into the construction path.
