摘要
近年来,我国高等教育改革进程加快,越来越多的社会力量参与高等教育实践,并由此引发多领域对我国高校教师专业发展的广泛关注,教师专业发展日益成为我国教师教育改革的潮流与趋势。有关这一问题的研究主要集中在其内涵、影响因素和发展优化路径等方面。文章基于高校教师专业发展概念与内涵,研究跨领域视角下高校教师专业发展以及高校教师专业发展的影响因素和优化路径,最后做出研究总结与展望,以此来促进高校教师专业发展理论的创新。
With higher education reform process accelerating,more and more social forces involved in the reform process.Then the professional development of college teachers has received constant attention,and teacher professional development has become the trend of education reform.The research mainly focuses on its concept and connotation,influence factors and optimization path.Based on the concept and connotation of college teachers'professional development,this paper studies the influencing factors and optimization paths of college teachers'professional development and college teachers'professional development from the perspective of cross-disciplinary perspectives,and finally makes research conclusions and prospects to promote the innovation of college teachers'professional development theory.
