摘要
目的分析科学、规范的药事管理对促进药事管理目标及医院服务水平方面的效用。方法通过对某医院2017-2018年在药品采购、养护、处方点评的变化情况进行回顾性分析。结果通过采用PDCA循环管理模式,医院药品到货数和处方合格数由分别2017年的2 922(90.49%)和2 331(94.3%)提高至2018年的3 909(94.92%)和3 287(95.66%),(P<0.05);通过药品养护中温度、湿度的全程监控,有效控制了超标情况。结论采用PDCA循环管理模式对促进医院药事管理目标的实现及提升医院服务水平有明显成效,值得推广。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of scientific and standardized pharmacy administration on promoting the goal of pharmacy administration and the level of hospital service.MethodsA retrospective analysis was made on the changes of drug purchase, maintenance, and prescription review in a hospital from 2017 to 2018.ResultsBy adopting the "plan, do, check, and action(PDCA)" cycle management mode, the number of drug arrivals and prescription qualifications in the hospital respectively increased from 2 922(90.49%) and 2 331(94.3%) in 2017 to 3 909(94.92%) and 3 287(95.66%)in 2018(P<0.05);Through the whole process monitoring of temperature and humidity in drug maintenance, the situation of exceeding the standard was effectively controlled.Conclusion The PDCA cycle management mode has obvious effect on promoting the realization of hospital pharmacy management objectives and improving the level of hospital service, which is worth promoting.
