晚期消化道恶性肿瘤伴难治性肠梗阻的治疗 被引量：4

摘要 目的分析晚期消化道恶性肿瘤伴难治性肠梗阻的内科治疗方案及效果。方法选2017年02月-2019年02月收治的晚期消化道恶性肿瘤伴难治性肠梗阻患者,共计47例,所有患者均接受同样的中西医结合内科治疗方案,分析治疗效果及患者生活质量改善情况。结果47例患者经治疗后显效22例(46.81%),有效24例(51.06%),无效1例(2.13%),治疗总有效率为97.87%(46/47);患者生活质量评分较治疗前得到了明显的提升,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论通过中西医结合内科治疗方案对晚期消化道恶性肿瘤伴难治性肠梗阻患者进行治疗,疗效显著,,更好的改善患者生活质量。
