摘要
目的研究抗生素联合安宫黄体酮治疗子宫内膜炎的意义。方法随机将2017年9月~2018年9月收治的80例子宫内膜炎患者分为两组,每组40例。对照组行抗生素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行安宫黄体酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、血清因子水平以及不良反应发生率等指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗生素联合安宫黄体酮治疗子宫内膜炎效果理想,有利于子宫功能的快速恢复,改善了临床症状。
Objective To study the significance of antibiotic combined with Angong progesterone in the treatment of endometritis.Methods Eighty patients with endometritis admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September2018 were randomly divided into two groups,40 in each group.The control group received antibiotic treatment.The observation group was on the basis of the control group.Progesterone treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate,inflammatory factor level and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Antibiotic combined with Angong progesterone is effective in the treatment of endometritis,which is beneficial to the rapid recovery of uterine function and improves clinical symptoms.It is worthy of popularization and application.
