摘要 介绍了河钢邯钢新区连铸机的工艺参数,分析了低合金高强钢生产过程中出现的板坯纵裂的形貌、成因,并对钢水成分、浇铸温度、保护渣、结晶器冷却水量、浸入式水口浸入深度对板坯纵裂的影响进行了跟踪。通过控制钢中[C]、[S]、[P]含量、控制中包过热度、优化保护渣熔融特性、减弱结晶器冷却强度、保持连铸设备良好的工作状态等措施,板坯纵裂得到有效控制。 The process parameters of continuous caster in Hanasteel new area of HBIS are introduced.The morphology and cause of slab longitudinal crack in the production process of low alloy peritectic high strength steel are analyzed.The influence of molten steel composition,pouring temperature,mold flux,cooling water amount of mould and immersion depth of submerged nozzle on slab longitudinal crack is tracked.By controlling the content of[C],[S],[P]in the steel,controlling the superheat of the ladle,optimizing the melting characteristics of the protective slag,weakening the cooling strength of the mould,and keeping the continuous casting equipment in good working condition,the longitudinal crack of the slab is effectively controlled.
