低碳非调质钢坯角部表面凹陷激冷层消失成因分析 被引量:2

摘要 某低碳非调质钢的连铸方坯表面纵裂伴有凹陷,凹陷表面是柱状晶,未发现激冷层。认为是由于结晶器冷却制度不当,钢坯在结晶器内产生表面凹陷,造成气隙过大,致使激冷层产生了温度回升,导致激冷层发生再结晶而形成柱状晶。 Split crack and sag appeared on the surface of continuous casting biltet of a certain non-quendned and tempered low-carbon steel. The surface of the sag has columnar grain and there is no chilled layer. Because of the impropriety of mould cooling,the surface sag on the hitler in the mould, and oversize gap appear. The temperature increases again, which causes the recryslallization of chilled layer and the appearance of columnar grain.
