摘要
针对某钢厂连铸生产线板坯定尺装置易受外界因素干扰,连铸成品合格率低的问题,开发了1套基于测量轮的编码器定尺系统。详细介绍了该系统的硬件组成、控制流程、软件组态、控制模式、软件设计以及常见故障的处理方法等。测量轮编码器定尺系统应用后,连铸板坯定尺合格率达到99%以上,切割准确率明显提高,完全能够满足连铸生产需要。
The slab length-fixing of continuous casting production line is easy to be interfered by external factors and the qualified rate of continuous casting products is low,a set of encoder sizing system based on measuring wheel is developed.This paper introduces the hardware composition,control flow,software configuration,control mode,software design and common breakdown treating method of the system in detail.After the application of new system,the qualified rate of length-fixing of continuous casting slab is over 99%,and the cutting accuracy is obviously improved,which can fully meet the needs of continuous casting production.
