摘要
板坯切割精度一直是要提高的重要指标之一。日钢5号板坯机采用红外摄像定尺切割系统,该系统以摄像机作为传感器,采用图像处理技术,通过组建OPC Server实现与工业网络的数据通讯,由PLC控制火焰切割机完成定尺的切割。此系统极大地提高了板坯的切割精度、降低了成本、降低了劳动强度、满足了工艺要求。
The slab cutting accuracy has always been one of the goals need to improved.No.5 slab of Rizhao Steel has adopted the infrared camera to length cutting system,which used camera as a sensor,using image processing technology,forming the OPC Server to complete communications with industrial networks,and complete the slab customization-length cutting by the PLC controlled flame cutting machine.The system has greatly improved the precision of the slab customization-length cutting with reduced costs,reduced labor intensity,and which has met the technological requirements.
