摘要
以采用FX2N系列PLC对数控加工中心自动换刀装置控制为例,详尽阐述了机电设备安装调试与维修的"匠心"实践教学具体实施过程,既注重理论与实践,同时注重用理论来解释实际中存在的现象与问题,为目前与今后理实一体化实践教学和提升高职教师教学科研水平提供一定的参考。
Taking the control of the FX2 Nseries PLC in an automatic tool changer of a CNC machining center as an example,this article elaborates on the specific implementation process of ingenious practical teaching of the installation,commissioning and maintenance of electromechanical equipment,which emphasizes both theory and practice,while focusing on the Theory to explain the phenomena and problems in practice.It provides a certain reference value for the integration of current and future theoretical and practical teaching and the improvement of teaching and scientific research of higher vocational teachers.
