摘要
目的 探讨不同Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)分期帕金森患者T细胞亚群Th9比例变化及Th9细胞比例与H-Y分期的关系。方法 选取2017年6月-2017年12月嘉兴市第二医院就诊的帕金森患者64例作为观察组,对其进行H-Y分期,另外选取同期健康体检者50例作为对照组,观察2组研究对象Th9细胞比例以及不同H-Y分期患者的Th9细胞比例情况,采用Spearman分析方法对帕金森患者Th9细胞比例与H-Y分期的相关性进行研究。结果 对照组Th9细胞比例为(0. 60±0. 13)%,观察组为(1. 30±0. 37)%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01);不同H-Y分期患者的Th9细胞比例比较,均明显高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);Spearman分析显示,帕金森患者Th9细胞比例与H-Y分期呈正相关(r=0. 907,P <0. 05)。结论 帕金森患者Th9细胞比例明显高于健康人群,且随着H-Y分期的升高逐渐增高,可作为病情判断的辅助检测指标。
Objective To explore the proportion of Th9 in T cell subsets of patients with Parkinson's disease at different Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)stages and the relationship between the proportion of Th9 cells and H—Y stages.Methods A total of 64 F^irkinson's patients treated in the Second Hospital of Jiaxing from Jun.2017 to Dec.2017 were selected as the observation group for H-Y staging.In addition,50 healthy people at the same period were selected as the control group.The proportions of Th9 cells in the two groups were observed and Spearman analysis was used to study the correlation between the proportion of Th9 cells and the H-Y stage in Parkinson's patients.Results The proportion of Th9 cells in the control group was(0.60+0.13)%,that in the observation group was(1.30+0.37)%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The proportion of Th9 cells in patients with different H-Y stages was statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman analysis showed that the proportion of Th9 cells in patients with Parkinson's was positively correlated with the H-Y stage(r=0.907,P<0.05).Conclusion The proportion of Th9 cells in patients with Parkinson's disease is significantly higher than that in healthy people,and it increases gradually with the increase of H-Y stage,which can be used as an auxiliary detection indicator for the diagnosis of the disease.
