摘要
目的探讨缩宫素联合无痛分娩在缩短产程中的应用效果及护理方法,总结产科治疗护理经验。方法以我院产科病房2017年5月至2018年5月间收治的160例孕妇作为研究对象,随机平分为两组,每组80例。对照组给予硬膜外阻滞穿刺麻醉,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用缩宫素。比较两组产妇的分娩结局;比较产妇各产程时间以及产后2h出血量;评估分娩、缝合、产后2h的镇痛效果。结果两组产妇最终接受剖宫产的比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组产妇分娩、缝合伤口及产后2h疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组产妇第二产程显著短于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)同时产后2h内出血量也显著低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缩宫素联合硬膜外阻滞穿刺麻醉不影响产妇的分娩结局和镇痛效果,并且联用缩宫素可以明显缩短产程,减少产后出血量,更有利于产妇产后恢复和健康,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect and nursing methods of oxytocin combined with painless delivery in shortening labor courseand summarize the experience of obstetric treatment and nursing.Methods From May 2017 to May 2018,160 patients in our maternity ward were admitted.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 80 patients in each group.The control group was given epidural block puncture anesthesia.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was combined with oxytocin.The delivery outcomes of two groups,the time of labor course and theamountof2h postpartum hemorrhagewere compared.The analgesic effect of delivery,suture and 2h postpartum were evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in the proportion of maternal final acceptance of cesarean section(P>0.05).There wasalso no significant difference in pain score(P>0.05).The second laborcourse in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the amount ofhemorrhagewithin 2h after delivery was also significantly lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with epidural block puncture anesthesia hasnoeffecton the maternaldeliveryoutcomes and analgesic effects.Combined with oxytocin,the labor coursecouldbe significantly shorted,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage couldbe reduced,and postpartum recovery and health could be more conducive.It is worth toapplyinclinic.
