不同光照度的全光谱白光对人体眼轴的短期影响研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的初步探索不同光照度的模拟自然光的全光谱白光对人体眼轴产生的短期影响。方法 18到30岁健康人群10例(5例近视和5例正视)在不同日期同一时间段分别暴露在5000勒克斯(Lux)和50Lux两种光照强度下60min,测量光干预前、干预后30min以及60min的眼轴长度。两种光照度(5000Lux和50Lux)联合三种不同离焦(0.00D,+3.00D和-3.00D)透镜作为干预措施。左眼戴最佳光学矫正镜片,右眼配戴最佳光学矫正镜片联合0离焦,+3.00D和-3.00D离焦镜片。采用SPSS软件重复度量分析方法统计实验结果。结果方差分析结果显示光强度对眼轴长度有影响(P=0.012),光与时间的相互作用对眼轴长度也有影响((P<0.05))。光对眼轴的影响在正视眼和近视眼组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预30min和60min后两种不同的光照强度对眼轴产生的影响不同差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。光能够部分代偿由于光学离焦导致的眼轴改变。5000Lux光照下暴露30min能让眼轴产生微小的缩短,但没有统计学意义(P=0.081),而暴露60min后,眼轴长度变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。暗环境中30min就能让眼轴产生微小但有统计学意义的延长(P<0.05)。结论不同强度的全光谱白光会对眼轴产生影响,光对眼轴的影响具有时间依赖性,一定范围内的高光照度的模拟自然光的全光谱光可能被认为是延缓近视发展的一种手段。 Objective To explore the short-term effects of the full-spectrum white light of simulated natural light with different illumination levels on the human eye axis.Methods 10 healthy people aged from 18 to 30(5 cases of myopia and 5 cases of frontal exposure) were exposed to 5000 Lux and 50 Lux for 60 minutes at the same time on different days.The axial length was measured before,30 minutes after and 60 minutes after light intervention.Two illumination levels(5000 Lux and 50 Lux) combined with three different defocus(0.00 D,+3.00 D and-3.00 D) lenses were used as interventions.The left eye wore the best optical correction lens,while the right eye was equiped with the best optical correction lens combined with 0 defocus,+3.00 D and-3.00 D defocus lens.SPSS software repeated measurement analysis method was used to analyze the experimental results.Results The results of variance analysis were showed that the light intensity had an effect on the axial length(P=0.012),and the interaction between light and time also had an effect on the eye axial length(P=0.000).There was no significant difference in the effect of light on ocular axis between emmetropia and myopia group(P=0.820).After 30 minutes and 60 minutes of intervention,the effects of the two different light intensities on the ocular axis were different,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Light can partially compensate for changes in the eye axis caused by optical defocusing.Exposure to 5000 Lux for 30 minutes resulted in a slight shortening of the ocular axis,but there was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 60 minutes of exposure,there was a statistical difference in the axial length(P<0.05).In the dark environment,30 minutes could make the axis of the eye extend slightly but statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Different intensity of all-optical spectrum white light will have an impact on the eye axis,and the influence of light on the eye axis is time dependent.The full-spectrum light that simulates natural light with a high range of illumination may be considered as a means to delay the development of myopia.
