摘要
建设一流大学,各国有不同的战略。德国“卓越大学”的建设不以学科为导向,而是以“卓越集群”建设为重点。“卓越集群”聚焦重大研究问题,打破传统的学科界限,鼓励不同学科和院系的研究者合作,打造具有国际竞争力的学术平台。德国“卓越集群”的发展历程对中国“双一流”建设的启示在于,在注重学科基础建设的同时,应当考虑如何淡化学科之间的界限,为大学内部学科之间的合作与整合,为跨学科的研究团队的涌现多创造一些制度性条件。
To build a first-class university,different countries have different strategies.The building of"excellent universities"in Germany is not discipline-oriented,but focuses on the construction of"excellent clusters".The"excellent clusters"focuses on major research issues,breaks traditional disciplinary boundaries,encourages researchers from different disciplines and departments to cooperate,and creates an internationally competitive academic platform.The enlightenment from the building of excellent clusters in Germany to the construction of"double first-class"in China:while paying attention to the fundamental construction of disciplines,we should consider how to blur the boundaries between disciplines,and create more institutional conditions for the cooperation and integration of disciplines within universities and the emergence of interdisciplinary research teams.
