摘要
船用拼装式机库用于战时快速加装到动员民船上,为舰载直升机提供海上安全停放场所。该机库设计上既要求能够快速拼装,又要求能够满足恶劣海况下的结构强度和风雨密要求。为了分析机库强度,首先进行机库受力分析,再建立机库有限元模型并计算,得到机库结构应力值,以及变形和位移量,最终依据相关规范及所用材料强度评估机库的强度与变形是否满足要求。该研究可为船用拼装式结构物的强度分析计算提供参考。
The marine assembled hangar is used to quickly add to the mobilized merchant ship during wartime, providing safe parking space for helicopters. The hanger design requires both rapid assembly and structural strength and weathertight requirements under severe sea conditions. In order to analyze the hanger strength, analyze the stress of the hanger at first, then establish a finite element model and calculate it, obtain the structural stress values of the hanger, as well as the deformation and displacement, finally according to the specifications and the strength of the materials used, it is evaluated whether the strength and deformation of the hanger meet the requirements. This study can provide a reference for the strength analysis calculation of marine assembled structures.
