摘要
运用系统布置设计(Systematic Layout Planning,SLP)与物料搬运系统分析(System Handling Analysis,SHA)对某农机制造企业生产一车间的总体布置做出了评价与优化分析,结合Flexsim系统仿真软件模拟车间的生产运作,进而确立了车间优化后的布置方案与设备配置方案。分析表明,优化方案对改善车间内物流、空间与设备利用、工序瓶颈、在制品(Work In Process,WIP)积压,以及作业环境等方面具有较好的效果,并且系统仿真技术的运用一定程度上弥补了传统设施布置方法所不能考虑到的因素,可使设施布置方案尽可能切合实际生产。
The overall layout of the production workshop of an agricultural machinery enterprise was evaluated and optimized with SLP method and SHA method.Combined with the Flexsim simulation software to simulate the production operation of the workshop,the optimized layout scheme and devices configuration scheme were determined.The analysis shows that the optimized scheme is effective in improving workshop logistics,space utilization,equipment utilization,bottleneck processes,overstock of WIP,working environment and so on,and the application of simulation technology can compensate for some factors that can not be taken into account by traditional facility layout methods,so that the layout scheme can be as practical as possible.
