摘要
主要针对某眼镜制造企业在塑料眼镜框和鼻梁架拼接工序中采用人工上下料存在的效率低下、操作不安全等问题,提出了对XMH-PLJ/3拼接机的上下料工序进行自动化升级改造。从机械结构、气动系统、电气控制系统等方面设计了拼接机的自动上下料装置,解决了塑料眼镜架拼接工序中劳动力低下、人工操作存在危险等困境,大大降低了产品成本。
A certain glasses manufacturing company has the problems of low efficiency and unsafe operation in the process of splicing plastic glasses frames and nose bridge frames by manual loading and unloading.In view of this situation,an automatic upgrade of the loading and unloading process of the XMH-PLJ/3 splicing machine is proposed.The automatic loading and unloading device of the splicing machine is designed from the aspects of mechanical structure,pneumatic system and electrical control system.It solves the dilemma of low labor and the danger of manual operation in the splicing process of plastic spectacle frames,which greatly reduces the cost of the product.
