摘要
通过搜集古医书及现代医家临证经验,总结出阿胶具有以下量效特点:1)临床用量多在3~62.5 g。2)应结合病种、证型、症状选择阿胶最佳剂量,如阿胶发挥滋阴补血功效时,常治疗心系疾病(心悸、冠心病、室性早搏、失眠、眩晕等),肝系疾病(病毒性肝炎、抽搐痉挛、原发性肝癌、乙型肝炎等),为6~62.5 g;清热止血时,常治疗妇科疾病(阴道出血、痛经、崩漏、不孕、月经先期、复发性流产、多囊卵巢综合征、宫颈癌等),为6~30 g。
Through the collection of ancient medical books and clinical experience of modern doctors,it is concluded that ass hide glue has the following characteristics:1)The clinical dosage is mostly 3-62.5 g.2)The best dosage of ass hide glue should be selected according to the disease type,syndrome type and symptoms.For example,when ass hide glue has the effect of nourishing yin and nourishing blood,it often treats heart diseases(palpitation,coronary heart disease,ventricular premature beat,insomnia,vertigo),liver diseases(viral hepatitis,convulsion,primary liver cancer,hepatitis B),its dosage is 6-62.5 g.When clearing away heat and hemostasis,it often treats gynecological diseases(vaginal bleeding,pain)Menstruation,metrorrhagia,infertility,premenstrual period,recurrent process,polycystic ovarian syndrome,cervical cancer),its dosage is 6-30 g.
