鼻渊通窍颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎患儿的疗效及对SNOT-20评分和IL-2及IL-6的影响被引量：22

摘要目的探讨鼻渊通窍颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎患儿临床疗效及对鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20(SNOT-20)评分和血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年2月-2018年2月我院收治的94例慢性鼻窦炎患儿的临床及随访资料,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例,两组患儿均予以常规对症治疗,对照组同时采用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联用鼻渊通窍颗粒治疗,两组患儿均治疗6周。对比两组患儿临床疗效、SNOT-20评分、血清IL-2、IL-6水平和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率(97.87%)明显高于对照组(80.85%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SNOT-20评分明显降低治疗前(P<0.05);观察组SNOT-20评分较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清IL-2、IL-6水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-2、IL-6水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未出现明显不良反应。结论鼻渊通窍颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎患儿可获得较好的临床疗效,能够抑制炎性因子并改善鼻腔症状,具有较高的安全性。
