摘要
目的探讨鼻渊舒口服液联合克拉霉素对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRS)的临床效果。方法方便选取2019年8月—2020年8月该院收治的86例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,按照数字表评分法将患者划为对照组和研究组,每组各43例。对照组患者使用克拉霉素进行治疗,研究组患者使用克拉霉素联合鼻渊舒口服液进行治疗,观察分析两组患者的鼻窦CT评分变化、鼻黏膜组织嗜酸性粒细胞数量变化、鼻窦CT评分疗效以及主观疗效情况,并对两组患者治疗前后的疼痛程度进行评分比较。结果研究组患者临床治疗有效率为97.67%,鼻窦CT评分疗效为95.35%,治疗后,鼻窦CT评分变化为(2.79±0.59)分、鼻黏膜组织嗜酸性粒细胞数量为(5.00±1.69)个,数据优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.544、7.340;t=13.290、9.558,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的疼痛评分均低于治疗前,治疗后研究组鼻塞、流涕、嗅觉障碍、头痛的疼痛评分分别为(1.50±0.24)分、(1.01±1.09)分、(1.22±1.02)分、(2.20±1.19)分,对照组鼻塞、流涕、嗅觉障碍、头痛的疼痛评分分别为(4.31±2.21)分、(3.71±1.91)分、(5.41±2.31)分、(5.88±1.88)分,研究组治疗后疼痛评分低于治疗后的对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=8.289、8.050、10.880、10.786,P<0.05)。结论为慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者使用克拉霉素联合鼻渊舒口服液进行治疗,可以提升患者主观疗效和鼻窦CT评分疗效,降低患者鼻窦CT评分,减少患者鼻黏膜组织嗜酸性粒细胞数量,值得临床大力推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Biyuanshu oral liquid combined with clarithromycin on chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS).Methods Conveniently select 86 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis treated in the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research object.According to the digital table scoring method,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 43 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with clarithromycin and the patients in the study group were treated with clarithromycin combined with Biyuanshu oral liquid.The changes of sinus CT score,the number of eosinophils in nasal mucosa,the curative effect of sinus CT score and subjective therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and analyzed,and the pain degree of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results The clinical effective rate of patients in the study group was 97.67%,the efficacy of sinus CT score was 95.35%,after treatment,the change of sinus CT score was(2.79±0.59)points,the number of eosinophils in nasal mucosa tissue was(5.00±1.69),and the data were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.544,7.340,t=13.290,9.558,P<0.05).The pain scores of nasal congestion,runny nose,olfactory dysfunction and headache in the study group were(1.50±0.24)points,(1.01±1.09)points,(1.22±1.02)points,(2.20±1.19)points,respectively.The pain scores of nasal congestion,runny nose,dysmolia and headache in the control group were(4.31±2.21)points,(3.71±1.91)points,(5.41±2.31)points and(5.88±1.88)points,respectively.The pain scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference were statistically significant(t=8.289,8.050,10.880,10.786,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with clarithromycin combined with Biyuanshu oral liquid can improve the subjective curative effect and the curative effect of sinus CT score,reduce the patient's sinus CT score,and reduce the number of eosinophils in the patient's nasal mucosa.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
