摘要
滚磨光整加工技术大规模应用在高端装备和零件制造企业,有效解决了零件表面质量、表面完整性问题。在企业制造零件材质、结构、形状、大小及加工要求不断变化的情况下,如何用好分散布置的多类别多型号滚磨光整加工设备,并保证现场操作人员实施好滚磨光整加工工艺是企业提质增效的实际需求。以国内某大型航空发动机制造企业为例,提出并实现了通过构建滚磨光整加工数据库平台并生成工序模板,实现工艺统一管理的研发思路。数据库平台既有成功案例的收集整理入库,也可实现生产数据的实时入库,还能依据加工过程规范化操作要素形成包含设备确定、介质优选及工艺操作流程等内容的工序模板。实施结果表明:工序模板使企业实施滚磨光整加工的工艺规范有序,数据库平台构建实现了滚磨光整加工工艺资源信息化和数据共享,为滚磨光整加工工艺体系智能化发展奠定了基础。
The large-scale application of barrel finishing technology in high-end equipment and parts manufacturing enterprises has effectively solved the problem of surface quality and surface integrity of parts.Under the constantly changing circumstance of enterprise manufacturing parts’material,structure,shape,size and processing requirements,the use of distributed multi-category and multi-model barrel finishing equipment and the implementation of barrel finishing technology by field operators are essential for enterprises to improve quality and efficiency.Taking a large domestic aero-engine manufacturing enterprise as an example,this paper put forward and put into practice the idea of realizing uniform process technology management by constructing the database platform of barrel finishing process and generating process template automatically.The database platform not only collects,sorts out and stores successful cases,but also realizes the real-time storage of continuous production data,and forms the process template,including equipment determination,media optimization and technological operation process,according to the standard operation elements of the process.The implementation results show that:the enterprise implemented the barrel finishing process orderly.The construction of the database platform realized the resources informatization and data sharing of barrel finishing process,which lays the foundation for the intelligentization of barrel finishing process system.
