摘要
教师培养供给是充实教师数量、优化教师结构、提高教育质量的重要保障。目前,我国教师培养供给面临着供给结构失衡、供给组织消散、供给质量滑坡等问题,而造成供给困境的原因在于供需统筹主体缺位、培养体系缺损、协同培养缺力。为此,亟需改革教师培养供给管理体制,优化供需协调机制,健全教师教育体系,深化协同育人模式,创新实践实训方式。
The supply of teacher training is an important guarantee to enrich teachers, optimize the structure of teachers and improve education quality. At present, there are some problems in teacher training supply in China, such as the imbalance of supply structure, the dissipation of supply organization and the descent of supply quality. The reason for the supply dilemma lies in absence of supply and demand, defect of development system, and lack of synergistic training. Therefore, it is urgent to reform the supply managing system of teachers’ training, optimize the coordination mechanism of supply and demand, perfect the system of teacher education, deepen the mechanism of cooperative education, and innovate practical training methods.
