摘要
新中国成立70年来,高等工程教育改革取得巨大进步。将高等工程教育改革与发展历程划分为五大阶段:起步探索期、快速发展期、调整优化期、创新发展期、新工科建设期,对不同历史阶段高等工程教育特征进行分析,经历院校调整、培养目标与制度改革、层次与学位划分、办学水平评估、专业认证试点、专业学位设立等;实施了CDIO、卓越工程师计划、新工科建设等。结合制度变迁、工业及产业结构变迁、知识生产模式转型、教育内外部规律等总结分析,并从学科专业设置、人才培养模式、产学融合创新、质量建设等方面为高等工程教育未来发展提出建议。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, our engineering education developes 70 years and makes great progress as well as gets huge achievement. Divide this history to 5 periods which are exploration period, development period, conditioning period, innovation period, new engineering period. We find engineering education goes through institution adjustment, objective and system reformation, level and degree division, school level evaluation, major certification experiment, professional degree establishment, and carries out CDIO, excellence engineer project, new engineering construction.Combine new institutionalism, industry structure evolvement, knowledge production mode, law of educational relationship and put forward proposals from different aspects to optimize future development.
