摘要
目的探讨肩关节镜下肩袖修复术治疗肩袖损伤的临床效果。方法将我院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的52例肩袖损伤患者随机分为对照组(26例,开放式肩袖修复术)和观察组(26例,全肩关节镜下肩袖修复术)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的肩关节前屈、内旋、外旋活动度及Constant-Muley肩关节评分均增加,数字评估量表(NRS)评分均降低,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肩关节镜下肩袖修复术治疗肩袖损伤的临床效果显著,能够有效减轻患者疼痛,加快患者术后肩关节功能的恢复,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of rotator cuff repair surgery under shoulder arthroscopy on rotator cuff injury. Methods A total of 52 patients with rotator cuff injury admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to February2019 were randomly divided into control group(26 cases, open rotator cuff repair surgery) and observation group(26 cases,rotator cuff repair surgery under shoulder arthroscopy). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the activities of forward flexion, internal and external rotation of the shoulder joint and the Constant-Muley shoulder joint score in the two groups increased, the numerical rating scale(NRS) score of the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P <0.05);the excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Rotator cuff repair surgery under shoulder arthroscopy on rotator cuff injury has a significant clinical effect, it can effectively reduce the pain and accelerate the recovery of shoulder joint function of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
