高频超声与关节镜检查对肩袖损伤应用价值的对比分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的:对比分析肩袖损伤的超声检查和关节镜的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析临床怀疑肩袖损伤并行超声检查及关节镜手术治疗的患者31例(37肩),男17例21肩,女14例16肩;年龄51~75岁,平均64岁。通过超声检查对肩袖损伤进行分型,并与关节镜结果进行对比分析。结果:超声检查诊断肩袖损伤32肩,正常肩袖5肩;关节镜手术诊断肩袖损伤33肩,正常肩袖4肩。超声诊断肩袖损伤的灵敏度为93.4%,特异度为75.0%。结论:超声检查在诊断肩袖损伤方面具有较高的灵敏度及特异性,可以作为诊断肩袖损伤的首选检查方法。 Objective:To comparative analyse ultrasonography and arthroscope in diagnosing rotator cuff tears.Methods:There were 37 shoulders of 31 patients which clinically suspected as rotator cuff tears detected by ultrasound and arthroscopy treatment retrospectively.21 shoulders of 17 cases were male,16 shoulders of 14 cases were female.The average age was 64 years(51-75 years).High frequency ultrasonography was applied to examine the shoulder under the standardizeds to point types and compare with arthroscopy results.Results:There were 32 cases of rotator cuff tears and 5 cases of normal.30 cases of rotator cuff tears and 7 cases of normal were diagnosed after operation.Sensitivity and specificity were 93.4% and 75.0% respectively.Conclusion:High frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of rotator cuff tears injuries has a high sensitivity and specificity.High frequency ultrasound can be the first choice of examination method to diagnose rotator cuff tears injury.
