摘要
如何在实施走出去战略的同时确保中国水资源安全对于水生态文明建设具有重要意义.文章运用系统广义矩估计法实证分析中国OFDI对水资源安全的影响,结果显示,相对市场寻求型OFDI,资源寻求型OFDI对中国水资源安全的负面影响更大,而技术寻求型OFDI则提高了中国水资源安全程度;顺梯度OFDI与逆梯度OFDI对中国水资源安全的影响存在异质性,前者降低了中国水资源安全程度,后者提高了中国水资源安全程度.
How to implement the "going out" strategy while ensuring the safety of water resources in China is of great significance to the construction of water ecological civilization. The impact of OFDI on water resources security is empirically tested by using the Sys-GMM. The results show that OFDI has a negative impact on China’s water resources security. In terms of classification and compared with market-seeking OFDI, resource-seeking OFDI has a greater negative impact on water resources security. Technology-seeking OFDI has increased water resources security in China. There are heterogeneities in the impacts of forward-gradient OFDI and reverse-gradient OFDI on water resources security. The former has reduced water resources security in China, and the latter has increased water resources security in China.
