摘要
目的:运用系统评价的方法分析穴位注射疗法治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法:通过计算机在中国知网、万方数据库、维普资讯(VIP)、Pub Med等数据库中检索有关穴位注射治疗寻常型痤疮的随机对照试验,将收集到的文献按纳入及排除标准进行筛选并按照Jadad量表进行质量评价后,采用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan 5.3软件对最终纳入的文献进行mete分析。结果:共纳入8个随机对照试验,包括626例患者,穴位注射及其中医综合疗法治疗寻常型痤疮总有效率优于西药组[OR值3.92,95%CI(2.36,6.53),P<0.00001];单纯穴位注射疗法治疗寻常型痤疮总有效率优于西药组[OR值5.02,95%CI(1.88,13.44),P=0.001];穴位注射联合刺络拔罐治疗寻常型痤疮总有效率优于西药组[OR值6.59,95%CI(2.59,16.76),P<0.0001]。结论:穴位注射治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效显著,且安全性明显优于西药治疗。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of acupoint injection in the treatment of acne vulgaris by systematic evaluation.Methods:Through the computer retrieval of randomized controlled trials on acupoint injection for the treatment of acne vulgaris in CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP,PubMed and other databases,the collected literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and the quality was evaluated according to the Jadad scale,and,the final included literatures were mete analyzed by RevMan 5.3 software provided by Cochrane collaboration.Results:Eight randomized controlled trials were included,including 626 patients.The total effective rate of acupoint injection and Chinese medicine combined therapy for acne vulgaris was better than western medicine group[OR 3.92,95%CI(2.36,6.53),P<0.00001];the total effective rate of acupoint injection alone therapy for acne vulgaris was better than that of western medicine group[OR 5.02,95%CI(1.88,13.44),P=0.001];The total effective rate of acupoint injection combined with acupuncture and cupping in the treatment of acne vulgaris was better than that of western medicine group[OR value6.59,95%CI(2.59,16.76),P<0.0001].Conclusion:Acupoint injection is effective and safer than western medicine in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
