摘要
目的:探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血清细胞因子与病情的相关性.方法:收集2015年5月-2018年4月在笔者所在医院风湿科就诊治疗的RA患者152例,根据类风湿性关节炎疾病活动评分(DAS28)进行分组,缓解期组70例,活动期组82例.并收集同期行健康体检的志愿者50例作为对照组,比较各组血清IFN-γ、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8水平差异,并分析其与病情的关系.结果:活动期组、缓解期组血清IFN-γ、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平明显高于对照组,活动期组血清IFN-γ、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、CRP水平明显高于缓解期组(P<0.05).Spearman相关性分析结果显示,RA患者血清IFN-γ、IL-1β水平与CRP、DAS评分无明显相关性,血清IL-6、IL-8水平与CRP、DAS均呈正相关性(P<0.05).结论:RA患者存在炎性细胞因子水平升高,其在RA的病理改变中发挥重要作用,对这些炎性细胞因子进行检测利于对RA的早期诊断,病情和预后的评估.
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum cytokines and the condition of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Method:A total of 152 RA patients treated in Rheumatology department of our hospital from May 2015 to April 2018 were collected.According to the activity score of rheumatoid arthritis disease(DAS28),they were divided into remission group(70 cases)and active group(82 cases).Meanwhile,50 volunteers who underwent health examination at the same time were collected as controls.The serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-8 in each group were compared,and the relationship between serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and disease condition were analyzed.Result:The serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and CRP in active group and remission group were significantly higher than those in control group.The serum levels of IFN-γ,IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8 and CRP in active group were significantly higher than those in remission group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum IFN-γand IL-1βlevels were not significantly correlated with CRP and DAS scores in RA patients.Serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels were positively correlated with CRP and DAS(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of inflammatory cytokines is elevated in patients with RA,which plays an important role in the pathological changes of RA.Detection of these inflammatory cytokines is beneficial to the early diagnosis,condition and prognosis of RA.
