摘要
目的探讨失效模式与效应分析在急诊危重患者转运中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月至2019年2月我院收治的危重患者80例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用常规转运管理,试验组采用失效模式与效应分析的转运管理,对比两组患者不良事件发生率和接收科室的满意度。结果试验组转运中不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组接收科室的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊危重患者转运中应用失效模式与效应分析,能减少转运过程中不良事件发生,降低转运风险,保证生命安全,提高接收科室满意度。
Objective To investigate application effect of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in the transport of emergency critical patients.Methods To select 80 cases of critical patients admitted in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and test group.The control group used conventional transport management,and the test group used FMEA transport management.The incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction of the receiving department were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the receiving department in the test group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of FMEA in the transfer of critical patients could reduce the occurrence of adverse events during the period of transport,reduce the risk of transport,ensure the safety of life,and improve the satisfaction of receiving departments.
