摘要
慈善事业运行的过程就是慈善力量传递的过程。作为精神力量的义和作为物质力量的利之间并非相斥相争而是相融相生:同一层次的义与利之间天然相融;不同层次的义与利之间相助相生。促进无力者义利相生是慈善力量传递的目标导向。为了最大限度地促进义利相生,慈善力量传递过程中阳光心理和运行智慧必不可少;同时慈善力量传递模式应不断升级:从"授人以鱼"到"授人以渔"再到能实现义利相生自循环的"授人以池塘"模式。可以肯定,走向开阔的慈善力量传递网正在使更多的义利相生成为可能。
The operational process of philanthropy is the process of transferring philanthropic power. The spiritual power of philanthropy can be called righteousness and the material power can be called benefit. The relationships of the righteousness and benefit in the transfer of philanthropic power are not mutual repulsion and contradiction but interdependence and mutual promotion. In more detail, righteousness and benefit of same level of needs are naturally interdependent. Righteousness and benefit of different levels of needs actually interact and push each other into higher levels. The goal of the transfer of philanthropic power is to promote the growth of the powerless to be powerful by helping the powerless enter the virtuous cycle of mutual promotion of righteousness and benefit. In order to maximize the realization of the goal, positive attitude and operational wisdom are essential in the transfer of philanthropic power. Moreover, the pattern of the transfer of philanthropic power should be upgraded continually from "giving one a fish" to "teaching one to fish", then to "granting one a pond to fish". Definitely, a broader and broader network of transferring philanthropic power is making it possible that helping more and more recipients enter into the virtuous cycle of mutual promotion of righteousness and benefit, which enable them stronger and stronger.
