摘要
目的:研究"5+3"规培启动后对不同婚恋观的医学生的心理影响,为开展有效的心理健康教育和政府政策制定提供参考。方法:采用自编半结构式访谈和SCL-90症状自评测量表,对966名某医学院在校医学生进行调查。结果:有91%的人打算在大学期间谈恋爱,恋爱中或有过恋爱经历的只有61%,恋爱的动机上医学生们有51%是奔着人生伴侣去的,在结婚这件事上觉得人品和经济更重要,分别占比27%和39%。规培认知度上医学生有67%的人有一定了解或很了解。医学生对规培收入不太关心,51%的人觉得够用就行。医学生们的心理健康阳性率在12.7%,对规培非常了解是心理健康阴性的保护因素,感性的婚恋观和对规培不了解是SCL-90测试结果的危险因素。
Objective:To study the psychological impact of"5+3"Normalized Training on medical students with different views on love and marriage after its implementing,so as to provide reference for effective mental health education and government policy-making.Methods:A self-compiled semi-structured interview and SCL-90 symptom self-assessment scale were used to investigate 966 medical students in a medical college.Results:91% of the students plann to fall in love while in college,only 61% of the students are in love or have had love experience,51% of the medical students are motivated by a life partner,Personal character and finances are more important when it comes to marriage,accounting for 27% and 39% respectively.67% of the medical students have some or a lot of knowledge of Normalized Training.Medical students don’t care much about income of the normalized training,and 51% of them think enough is enough.The positive rate of mental health of medical students was 12.7% ,and a good understanding of the regulation was the protective factor of negative mental health,while emotional views on marriage and love and a poor understanding of the regulation were the risk factors for the results of the SCL-90 test.
