摘要
文章主要研究设计驱动餐饮品牌升级的路径与方法。通过分析餐饮品牌升级和设计驱动餐饮品牌升级的必要性,结合"一品黄牛"具体项目的实施,归纳出设计驱动餐饮品牌升级的路径与方法。为了更好地完成设计驱动餐饮品牌升级的任务,必须在设计创新展现品牌新形象的基础上,发挥设计的核心驱动力量,链接品牌相关因素,以"设计+"的模式构建餐饮品牌运行的新平台,从而帮助品牌成功转型。
This paper mainly studies the ways and methods to design and drive the upgrading of catering brands.Through the analysis of the necessity of catering brand upgrading and design-driven catering brand upgrading,combined with the implementation of the specific projects of Yi Pin Huang Niu,the path and method of design-driven catering brand upgrading are summarized.In order to better design drive upgrade brand catering task,it must be on the basis of design innovation to show brand new image,play to the design of the core driving force,link brand related factors such as market,technology and culture,and employ"design+"mode to build brand catering operation of the new platform.It not only help brand transform successfully,also can highlight the deeper value of the design.
