摘要
实验室教学是高校普遍教学内容的重要组成部分,是高校人才进行实验研究与展开实验教学的主要工作站,其建设与安全管理是高校整体建设与安全管理中的一大关键问题。合理可靠的实验室建设管理将有效地保障高校实验人员的人身安全,保障高校的实验教学顺利开展,保障国家财产资源的安全利用。从实验室制度建设及安全管理的重要性方面,分析近年来出现的事故原因,与国外优秀高校对比总结,得出改进实验室建设的制度方案,找出加强高校实验室安全保障的方法措施。
The laboratory teaching is an important part of the general teaching content of colleges and universities.It is the main workstation for the experimental research and experimental teaching of college talents.Its construction and safety management is a key to the overall construction and safety management of colleges and universities.It is essential to adopt a scientific and standardized system to guide the construction of laboratories.Safety management is the basic point that must be ignored when training talents.Reasonable and reliable construction management will effectively protect the personal safety of testers in colleges and universities and guarantee the experiment of colleges and universities.The teaching was carried out smoothly to ensure the safe use of national property resources.Starting from the importance of system construction and safety management,this paper analyzes the causes of accidents in recent years and compares them with similar universities in foreign countries.It draws a systematic plan to improve laboratory construction and finds ways and means to strengthen the safety of laboratory labor in colleges and universities.
