摘要
目的探讨伦理干预对低龄人工流产后孕妇心理状态和认知程度的影响。方法分析神木市医院2016年4月至2017年4月共200例人工流产的低龄妊娠孕妇临床资料,其中对照组(常规干预)90例,观察组(伦理干预)110例。观察两组孕妇干预前后心理健康状态评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、意外妊娠认知程度评分和人工流产认知程度评分情况。结果干预前两组孕妇所有评分比较差异均无统计学意义。干预后两组孕妇心理健康状态评分、焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于同组干预前(t=7.28、13.67、8.42、14.67、7.51、13.64,均P<0.05),且干预后观察组低于对照组(t=10.42、12.36、10.62,均P<0.05)。干预后两组意外妊娠认知程度评分和人工流产认知程度评分均高于同组干预前(t=6.08、10.28、7.09、11.71,均P<0.05),且干预后观察组高于对照组(t=8.42、9.06,均P<0.05)。结论伦理干预在人工流产的低龄妊娠孕妇中应用,可以改善其心理状态,提高认知水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the influence of ethical intervention on psychological state and cognitive level of young induced abortion.Methods 200 young pregnant women with induced abortion from April 2016 to April 2017 in Shenmu Hospital were analyzed,including 90 cases in the control group(routine intervention) and 110 cases in the observation group(ethical intervention).The scores of mental health status,anxiety,depression,cognition of unexpected pregnancy and cognition of induced abortion were observed before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in scores between the two groups before the intervention.After intervention,the scores of mental health status,anxiety and depression of pregnant women in the two groups were all lower than those before intervention(t values were 7.28,13.67,8.42,14.67,7.51 and 13.64,respectively,all P<0.05),and those scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t values were 10.42,12.36 and 10.62,respectively,all P<0.05).The cognitive scores of unplanned pregnancy and induced abortion in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention in the same group(t values were 6.08,10.28,7.09 and 11.71,respectively,all P<0.05),and those scores in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group(t values were 8.42 and 9.06,respectively,all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ethical intervention in young pregnant women with induced abortion can improve their psychological state and cognitive level,which is worthy of clinical application.
