摘要
目的探讨手动负压吸引人流术与药物流产在早孕终止妊娠中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月至2022年12月赣南医学院第二附属医院收治的60例早孕终止妊娠孕妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组实施药物流产,观察组实施手动负压吸引人流术,比较两组流产效果、阴道出血情况、疼痛程度、并发症发生率、生命质量。结果观察组流产效果优于对照组,疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组阴道出血时间短于对照组,阴道出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,观察组月经周期长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组人工流产综合征发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组生理功能、社会功能、活力、精神健康、生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、总体健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与药物流产相比,手动负压吸引人流术可增强早孕患者终止妊娠的流产效果,减少出血量,缓解患者疼痛程度,提高患者生命质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of manual vacuum aspiration abortion and medical abortion in early pregnancy termination.Methods A total of 60 early pregnancy termination women treated at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table mothed,with 30 cases in each group.The control group underwent medical abortion,while the observation group underwent manual vacuum aspiration abortion,the abortion effects,vaginal bleeding,pain levels,complication rates and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The abortion effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the pain level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal bleeding time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the amount of vaginal bleeding was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after the treatment,the menstrual cycle in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of post-abortion syndrome in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,social function,vitality,mental health,physical role,bodily pain,emotional role,and overall health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with medical abortion,manual vacuum aspiration for early pregnancy termination can enhance the abortion effect,reduce bleeding,relieve the pain degree of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
