二次冷轧乳化液管路直混润滑系统设计及关键设备选型 被引量:3

Design and key equipment selection of emulsion pipeline direct mixing lubrication system of double cold rolling

摘要 在分析了传统二次冷轧机组乳化液直喷润滑系统的基础上,充分考虑到二次冷轧机组的设备与工艺特点,提出了一套适合于二次冷轧机组的乳化液管路直混润滑系统设计方案,完成了静态混合器、水泵、油泵、流量计、压力表和电控柜等关键设备的选型,开发了一套完整的二次冷轧机组乳化液管路直混润滑系统,并将其应用到某1220二次冷轧机组的生产实践,选取典型规格的DR8M钢种进行现场轧制试验,对比分析了轧制工艺参数、板厚波动与板形质量波动情况。分析结果表明:二次冷轧机组乳化液管路直混润滑系统有效地提高了升降速过程轧制压力的稳定性,降低了轧制能耗与油耗,减小了带钢厚度偏差与板形值波动。 On the basis of the analysis of traditional emulsion direct application lubrication system of double cold rolling mill,taking the equipment and technological characteristics of double cold rolling mill into account,the design scheme of the emulsion pipeline direct mixing lubrication system in double cold rolling mill was proposed. Moreover,the key equipments including static mixer,water and oil pump,flowmeter,pressure gauge and electric control cabinet were selected,and the emulsion pipeline direct mixing lubrication system of double cold rolling mill was developed. Then,the lubrication system was applied in a 1220 double cold rolling mill,typical DR8 M steel was selected for field rolling experiment,and the rolling parameters,thickness deviation and flatness fluctuation were compared and analyzed.The analysis result indicates that the stability of rolling force in the process of lifting and reducing speed is effectively improved,the rolling energy consumption and oil consumption,and the variation of strip thickness and shape value are reduced.
