摘要
食用菌作为一类新鲜食品,采后如果得不到合理的处理,不仅营养成分会有所流失,其自身也容易发生腐败,合理的食用菌采后物流保鲜技术的应用,可以有效提高食用菌品质质量和保鲜期,详尽地研究并介绍了食用菌采后冷链物流保鲜技术,希望可以促进国内食用菌产业的发展更上一层楼。
As a kind of fresh food, if the edible fungi are not properly treated after harvest, not only the nutrients will be lost,but also they are prone to corruption. The application of reasonable postharvest logistics preservation technology can effectively improve the quality and preservation period of edible fungi. This paper studies and introduces the cold chain logistics preservation technology of edible fungi after harvest in detail, hoping to promote the development of domestic edible mushroom industry develop to a higher level.
