摘要
以实验室栽培的鸡枞菌为研究对象,经过一定的前处理后,通过单因素试验和正交试验采用酶解协同超声波辅助的方法对多糖的提取工艺进行优化,并对鸡枞菌多糖进行活性研究。结果表明,鸡枞菌子实体多糖的最佳提取条件为复合酶添加量4%,酶解时间110 min,料液比1∶30(g∶mL),超声时间30 min,在此条件下提取率达7.81%,所提取的鸡枞菌多糖具有较高的抗氧化活性。
This experiment took the laboratory-cultivated chicken mushroom as the research object.After certain pre-treatment,the extraction process of polysaccharides was optimized through single factor and orthogonal experiments using enzymatic hydrolysis assisted by ultrasonic wave,and the activity of chicken mushroom polysaccharides was studied.The results showed that the optimal conditions for extracting polysaccharides from the fruiting body of Tricholoma giganteum were as follows:enzyme addition of 4%,enzymatic hydrolysis time of 110 min,material-to-liquid ratio of 1∶30(g∶mL),and ultrasonic treatment time of 30 min,the extraction rate reached 7.81%.The polysaccharide extracted from the chicken mushroom by this method had high antioxidant activity.
